A disability organisation with an inaccessible website would be a contradiction.

Our standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We treat that as a floor rather than a finish line, and as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time audit.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and a “skip to main content” link
• Text contrast that meets or exceeds AA in both light and dark colour schemes
• Full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element
• Respect for your system settings: dark mode, reduced motion, and Windows High Contrast / forced colours
• Text that reflows and remains readable when enlarged, and on small screens
• Touch targets sized for people who do not have fine motor control
• Line lengths and spacing chosen for readability rather than density
• Content written in plain language, with the jargon explained where we cannot avoid it
• No animation, no autoplay, no pop-ups, and no interruptions
• The site works with JavaScript unavailable — nothing essential depends on it

Known limitations

We are a new and very small organisation. This site has not yet been through a formal third-party accessibility audit or systematic testing with a full range of assistive technologies. We would rather state that honestly than imply a certification we do not have.
